Application Information We Collect From You

This includes information you provide us when applying for our products, either on the Warranty Experts website, by phone, or by other means. It includes information such as your name, address, vehicle descriptions, and driver's license number.

Email Communications

As an Warranty Experts customer, we will send you email notices relating to your policy and our products and services, such as billing notices, confirmations of changes, modifications to the Warranty Experts privacy statement, changes to our products, and other communications. You may NOT opt out of these Warranty-specific emails that relate to your primary usage of our service and products; and you agree to receive these if you make a purchase.

Prior to purchasing a policy or after canceling your warranty policy, we may send you emails such as quote confirmation emails or reminder emails. You may opt out of future reminder emails at that time by following instructions on the email.

From time to time, Warranty Experts may send emails related to third-party promotions to our Web site users and customers. We send these emails to the email address you have provided us while on our site. Each email will include the ability to opt out of future notices.
